Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WealthView website and web application at wealthview.id (the “Service”), operated by Nathanael Beta Budiman (“WealthView”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

WealthView is an informational and organisational tool only. It is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or bank, and it is not supervised by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) in any of those capacities. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Figures, valuations, and analytics are estimates based on the data you provide and may be inaccurate or out of date. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before investing.1. Who can use WealthView
You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. What WealthView does
WealthView helps you record your assets — entered manually or read from statement files you upload — and displays your net worth, portfolio, and analytics in one dashboard. WealthView does not connect to your bank, does not hold or move any funds, and never asks for bank credentials, PINs, or OTPs.
3. Your data and accuracy
The Service reflects the data you give it. If your inputs or uploaded statements are incomplete or wrong, the outputs will be too. Market prices and conversions shown are indicative and may be delayed or inaccurate. You should not rely on the Service as your sole record for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
4. Free and Pro plans
- WealthView offers a Free plan with manual entry, and a paid WealthView Pro plan that adds statement upload and full analytics.
- Pro is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider (Mayar), at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and may include applicable taxes.
- Your subscription provides access for the period you paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.
- We may change plan features or prices; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, and price changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service’s security or infrastructure;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as allowed by law;
- Upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes others’ rights;
- Misuse the AI features, including attempting to extract other users’ data.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to WealthView. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal use. You keep all rights to the financial data you enter or upload.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for hosting, authentication, AI processing, email, and payments) as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts or outages of those providers, though we choose them for their reliability.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any figures or analytics. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthView and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
